Couldn't I ask for no nicer nurses doctors and the place was super clean

Dr. Sease is a great provider. Not only is he knowledgeable, he also has a great ability to communicate. I always feel like he takes my issue seriously and provides great solutions.

Since this was my first visit with this office, I was appreciative of their effort to make me feel comfortable and at ease with the visit.

I'm very happy with Dr. Sease's clinic at Steadman Hawkins, the urgent care. We were able to get an appointment same day. He was very thorough. He gave us plenty of information about what was going on with our child and how to care for her at home. And he just had a very good bedside manner. So if I ever needed him again for any sports medicine needs, I definitely would return.

I appreciated that Dr. Sease acknowledged my desire to get back to running and other activities and offered a realistic timeline to do so. He also told me what I could safely do to maintain fitness.

The only thing I can say is we had a long wait time before the doctor came in and he wanted xrays and I actually saw the doctor before my xrays were done. Other than that I was very pleased with my doctor and his diagnosis.

It was a good experience.

Both doctors were very knowledgeable. I've never had a doctor pull out a diagram and actually show me what's wrong with me and explain why I'm having the problems that I'm having and what the plan of action is. I really really appreciate it my visit.

Dr. Sease sat down and explained what he think may be wrong with my knee and that made me feel confident that he will figure out a plan of action to take care of my knee problem. I will recommend him to family and friends. Overall great experience with everyone in the office.

Dr. Sease listens carefully, gave me a thorough understanding of my condition, and provided me a common sense path forward to treating my hip condition. I am very fortunate that he is my orthopedic healthcare provider.

The check out desk did not print out the summary and follow u exercises the Doctor said they would give me. I forgot to ask for it. Maybe it could be mailed. The doctor and physical therapist explained them well. I probably remember what I have to. Just a minor thing..

My only issue was when calling to schedule an appointment, the earliest I could get was a month later.

Everything was great. I would like a follow-up call to find out what limitations or what I should not do with a shoulder that I was there for evaluation on. So, if someone would let me know that, I would appreciate it. That's it.

Everything went extremely well and I am TOTALLY SATISFIED with the interactions and outcome. In other words: I am a "happy customer"!

Dr. Sease was thorough, explained my x-ray in detail, and gave me a detailed course of action to follow. he gave me considerably more time than the appointment was scheduled for, which I greatly appreciated Dr. Sease practices medicine, the way every physician should.

Was unhappy about waiting 30 mins from the time the nurse saw me until the time the doctor entered the examining room.

Dr. Sease and staff were spot on and my shoulder felt better within minutes.

The wait time was much longer than usual and there was only one parking space empty in the ER visitor lot

I have a lot of trust and respect for my doctor and will not ever consider looking for someone else to take care of me. I value Prisma's policy about treating ALL with respect.

Dr Sease was wonderful, cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was expecting to need an MRI but he could tell the extent of my injury just by examining me. If I have another problem I will definitely request him again.

Great experience. The nurse who did my work up was very friendly. Dr Sease is great. He explained things in a way I could easily understand and clearly communicated next steps.
