The team provided cost effective services which met our expectations. Their attention to detail and response to our questions made this a very good experience. We would hire them again and recommend them to our friends.

I stopped in the showroom. Made an appointment for about 2 weeks out. Since they offered me limited options for an appointment (2 days of the week, during normal 9-5 business hours), I accepted the appointment for 3-5pm and had to take personal time from work to accommodate it. I received a call 2 days prior, canceling the appointment due to an issue with the installer. I was offered an appointment for that Friday at 9 am. I expressed my frustration at the fact I had this appointment standing for 2 weeks and I was not able to reschedule my time off at the last minute. I never heard an "I'm sorry for the trouble"...just the fact they need to reschedule it. A take or leave it attitude. I "dared" to express the fact that they were offering a service and might want to consider how they could make up for the inconvenience this last minute cancellation caused me (THE CUSTOMER). I suggested they now attempt to accommodate me and either come on a Saturday or in the evening after 5:30. The young lady, Lauren, started yelling at me telling me "she couldn't snap her fingers" and make an appointment that is convenient for me. Regardless of whether or not she appreciated that I called her out on the unprofessional handling of my appointment, only an inexperienced customer service supervisor would respond in such a way. When I asked for the owner, I was told he doesn't speak to customers and he doesn't speak English. I guess the key to having a good relationship with this company is working on THEIR schedule. I would NEVER patronize a business who trains its representatives to speak to a customer like that. I honestly wanted to ask her age, since I know she wasn't anyone who was brought up during my generation. Only a 20-something would find it appropriate to act in a manner that would get the rest of us fired from our jobs. I suggest they consider doing work for free, because when I pay for something, I expect to be treated professionally-- not like one of her girlfriends that she yells out for stealing for boyfriend.

I was very dissatisfied with the provider's inability to at least provide a quote for the items. I was going to install cabinets in my laundry room as well based on my satisfaction on the kitchen. This won't be happening now.

Superb job from start to finish. Lori was my contact and designer. She was easy to work with and easy to get in touch with. Lori gives the feeling that she is trying to get you the best kitchen possible at the best price. Alex was in charge of the measurements and install. His work was about as perfect as you are going to get. Everything came out great. Alex even made an extra trip out to ensure a particular measurement I requested was accurate. Great team of guys. I would highly recommend L and Z. My kitchen was probably more difficult than most - 2 sinks, 2 knee walls, a cooktop, a downdraft and breakfast bar. L and Z did a fabulous job at a great price.

L & Z Kitchens did not honor contracted price. Original representative did not write down correct dimensions, layout of kitchen counters and width of counter as provided by customer. Proof was shown to manager. Manager would not stand by the signed contract for the price nor restrict increased price to his cost for additional granite. L & Z Kitches tried to up charge 25% more for job. Went to ICC and was EXTREMELY satisfied and ICC had better product too.

The quality was remarkable. I would recommend them. The value of the job was great.

went very well planning to have them give me an estimate for my bathroom in summer all staff were very courtious only thing is a got a bill for $ .31 at the end. will not send a check i plan to stop in the show room to give Vincent his money in change and to talk about the bathroom. i bought new appliances and will have kitchen and laundry room painted which will bring the total cost closer to $ 20,000 appliance plus in vineland is excellent and i bought lg appliances i had problem with my dryer and they did an over the phone assessment and sent someone out. the issue was my vent line. the guy fixed it and the dryer is perfect. lg has the best support services. i will not by samsung because of lack of support servce,

The entire process was relatively quick and easy. I had competively price shopped at Home Depot and a local Tile Company, and L&Z was the easiest to work with and they also had the best price. The salesperson was knowledgable, showed us various options available and answered all of our questions. When we sat down to work out a price, a computer program was used to note all of the dimensions and details and we received the price quote instantly. It was printed out, and it was easy to see a cost breakdown of all the components and to see that there were no hidden costs or surprises. After signing the agreement, a technician came out to the house to take measurements exactly as scheduled. When the fabrication was complete, they called to schedule the installation. The installation technicians were excellent as well. They showed up on time, worked carefully and meticulously, and did a thorough clean up when finished. Everyone at L&Z were professional, curtious and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend L&Z to anyone.

What was originally put into the email from them as a 6 day job for the bath took almost 6 weeks. I was not given the details of the material I needed to supply (i.e. type of grout required - sanded verses non-sanded, had to wait for more tile due to waist of tiles - they ran out and had to order more which caused the delay in the shower install. I now have about 5 boxes of kitchen tile in my storage shed due to over order of the kitchen flooring - and no way to recoup the money spent by being able to turn in the excess material). Workers were very professional - and worked diligently while here - just a lot of time wasted due to lack of material.

My company is RESTORE YOU water and mold remediation I have been purchasing from them for years. Colleen who runs the showroom now really knows her job and is a pleasure to deal with. They are good people

The sales people at L & Z were very helpful. I changed the color of the counter top 3 times with no problem. The appointment with the measurement went on time. The only thing I didn't like was I could not pick the slab of granite for the counter top.

L and Z remodeled our kitchen and bath. The process started when we met Jennifer Brown, design consultant. She helped us decide on the new design of the kitchen and gave us several ideas we did not think of. The bathroom was not really being redesigned but refreshed. She was our go to person for any issues. From the start of the process to the end, we were very satisfied with the company employees and the subcontractors they used to do the electrical and plumbing work. We are very happy with the pace of the project. When there was a delay in the kitchen work, they were working on the bathroom. There was someone here working during the length of the project, even if it was a small project that needed completing. We never felt like our job was not important, even though they had other projects working at the same time as ours.Before they started any work, our previously installed hardwood floors were totally protected so there was no damage during the project. They cleaned up each afternoon before they left so my husband and I could at least have some sense of not continually being in a construction site. The only thing my husband and I were responsible for during construction was to pick out the tiles for the two areas, have the appliances on site, decide on the granite, and pay the bill. We wouldn't had to get the tile or granite elsewhere if we had liked what they had available, so it would have been an easier process. We were truly happy with their workmanship from start to finish. It has been over two months since the kitchen and bathroom were completed and we are still marveling at how beautiful everything is.

Service at the EHT showroom (Black Horse Pike) was very thorough and enjoyable. Vincent walked us through everything we would need to measure and drew a diagram of the kitchen. I was then asked to do some rough measurements and get the numbers back to Jennifer who gave an estimate. We paid a deposit, then the next week Alex came to measure. Price went up a couple hundred dollars due to exact measurements being somewhat more than the rough measurement we provided.Scheduled the work to be done in 3 days. One day one, Ed and Anthony did the granite countertop, and bar. Arrived on time, very professional, and considerate of my home. One day 2, Alex and Hei (?) came. Hei did the wall tile/backsplash. Was very meticulous about his work. On day 3, Hei returned to do the grout, touchups, and clean up, as well as the corbels for the new bar. Later that day, Scott came to hook up the faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Everyone did a great job and the kitchen looks great!

The whole experience from the time we entered their showroom in EHT was outstanding. The product and service exceeded our expections. Both the Sales and Installation are extremely professional and the installation staff was punctual. the rpice was the best in the area.

They did an excellent job, we were very pleased. They were reasonably priced, punctual, and courteous.
