@optimum 3 nights running signal collapses and streaming stops around 1100pm. Ever since I upgraded to a speed I never come close to getting this service gets worse. Hard to believe it can be so poor.

Waiting on @optimum to send an installation technician for over a week now. Worst experience ever! 2 random cancellation out of nowhere, no calls, no notifications, no nothing!

@OptimumHelp Service issues every morning. Modem and router need to be hard reset at least twice a day. Phone and Chat customer support take forever to get in contact with.

I dropped cable for YouTube TV now might not get the Yankees on @YESNetwork or local Fox teams like the @giants. Greed abounds. As much as I love both teams I refuse to do @optimum ever again. They have awful service and internet.
